DMCA Policy
Texas Arms Exchange™ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for responding to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Texas Arms Exchange infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on our Platform
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your area
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
4. Repeat Infringers
Texas Arms Exchange will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We define a repeat infringer as any user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices.
5. Good Faith
Please note that submitting a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. If you are not sure whether material on our Platform infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting an attorney before submitting a notice.
